Elliot Easton Recently, guitar great and Gretsch artist endorser, “Elliot Easton” made appearances at several southern California music stores where he performed and introduced his new Signature Series, Gretsch EE Model Jet!
The atmosphere was just perfect at the small and casual appearances where fans could witness Elliot’s great style of playing and get a hands on feel for the new guitar.
Elliot played many styles of rock-n-roll and blues and jammed on several tunes with a small rhythm section. He demonstrated just how versatile his Gretsch guitar can be, experimenting with a variety of different tones, from clean and traditional, to rockabilly and heavy rock. He pointed out all of the differences between his signature model and the stock Jet model. Elliot is left handed so as a bonus, the EE Model is available in both Left and Right hand configurations.
Afterwards, Elliot signed lots of autographs and answered many more personal questions about himself, The Cars and his new gig with CCR(Credence Clearwater Revisited)!
All in all, these were some great events! If you missed out, don’t worry, just stay tuned to the Gretsch Newsletter for information about future dates and locations.
